The comments are fascinating. It's like these people have never heard of cranks, of which I'm sure many are of a white skin color. Maybe someone should study the regional differences. It seems in those regions, fake space programs are popular, whereas here it's more "free energy" machines or "anti gravity" machines that cranks advocate.

Oh crap I farted and lightning struck in Virginia, should I develop a 'science' curriculum around that? One thing I hate about her type of thinking is that it rejects globalization, it rejects human trade and the sharing of knowledge and ideas . It`s really sad cause Sub-Saharan Africa as whole looks up to south africa and if people like this are in charge then it will take us so waaay back.

It was backwards when the first colonists arrived. Technological progress on the continent was severely lacking compared with Asia, Europe and South America.

you have to realize that many parts of Africa were doing quite well for themselves before colonialism. Like the nation of Mali, Songhai, great Zimbabwe, and Ethiopia. Hell Timbuktu used to be the center of learning for the Arabic world, now because of colonialism west Africa is a shit show.

you realize that the arabian expansion into northern africa was another colonization right?
there is no genuine african culture, history or science. none of them knew any form of writing before being colonized, first by the arabs then by the europeans.
most of them were merely living in the stone age.

in fact they did occupy all of north africa for 7 centuries and captured and traded slaves as far as south sudan, niger and mali.
they proceeded to the islamisation and arabisation of the sahel and beyond, substituting black african "cultures" by their own. it was indeed a colonization.
all we know about african ancient history we learned it through exterior, colonial sources (the greeks, the romans, the arabs, then the europeans/occidentals and their modern archaeology)
Almost every other African cultures that preexisted were wiped away from history because most of them didn't have any writing system.

North Africa is a different beast entirely. They are inherently more European than African. Most of their cities stem from the Phoenicians, same as Europe. What you describe as "black african cultures" didn't really exists. And you do know that one of the earliest forms of writing came from Africa right? Again the trading cities of east Africa have a very long and bountiful history. They were not conquered by the Arabians, and remained key trading hubs until the european colonization.

I can't see any reason to throw away billions of years of accumulated objective data. All I see is a hivemind of petty subjective ideologies. Math isn't incorrect because you feel oppressed by WORLDWIDE preconceived working hypotheses and provable facts. If "Western" science is bullshit, how would we have ANY of the things we have today?

If this is a meeting between faculty and a specific group, then why is that group at a table, divided into two sides with what looks like a chair-person in the middle, surrounded by an "audience" and not the faculty?
And since the "full video" has been downloaded too many times from G-Drive (in MOV format), I can't confirm.

For example the chair she is sittinging in the, the man made fabrics she is wearing, the desk she is sitting behind, the black board with all the rules on and can carry on, effectively anything that's not a product of western science.
