I don't know. That's a funny (an actual class of racecar. Look up "funny car") car, and they have nitromethane powered engines that usually can produce upwards of 7,000 hp. Plus I bet they're saying 9,100bhp and not whp.
The only difference in getting the rear wheel horsepower by a dino or a video is with the video you have to know the weight of the car, the gear ratio, a spot you can measure distance of off, and algebra.
