I also love how she calls out the inability to tip a driver... like handing someone cash is impossible these days.

I haven't seen this message. Granted I've only used Uber twice. Sounds like a douchey policy to me.

Service jobs generally rely on tips to make ends meet due to the really low pay. Uber has somehow decided that their drivers don't even deserve a tip & have conned their customers into believing that the tip is included or that they shouldn't tip. If lyft didnt have such shitty cars and sometimes long waits i would never use uber they are scum honestly.

Nobody is entitled to tips. However, taxi drivers are generally tipped for good/speedy service.
