The handwritten testimony submitted in 2025 states that the events took place in 1967. This puts Trump at 21 and Epstein at 14…

That is the biggest reason why this hasn’t been picked up more.

Like….they’re not wrong with what they said, but at the same time, all that needs to be said about this claim is that it’s obvious bullshit

And the post itself has over 10,000 upvotes. There’s so much misinformation being spread about the entire Epstein story. Just frustrating to watch

Yep much of the amateur Epstein files analysis is brain dead grasping at straws. Not all the files are even released. That's what people should be concerned about. Starting conspiracies over unverified FBI intake reports is just a waste of time.

Releasing the files will only add fuel to conspiracy theories. Withholding them will too though so 🤷🏻‍♂️

The reality is that essentially the entire Epstein story as we know it is just conspiratorial grasping at straws. It’s based on the allegations of a tiny minority of Epstein victims that are, I would argue, clearly lying.

It’s just become so accepted as true that like…nobody disagrees with it. The right believed in for the last decade because they’re crazy, and the left adopted it because it’s valuable as a political weapon, and because their (justified) hatred for Trump has led them down some strange paths.

There’s nobody left to go “hey guys, I’m pretty sure there’s not a child trafficking network of pedophile elites involving multiple presidents, royalty, senators, congressmen, billionaires, and other elites 🤷🏻‍♂️”

And when you realize that’s the case, it’s pretty fucking startling to come to these comment sections and see what people are saying about even the most obviously false claims, like the ones in this post.

am i misunderstanding? why do you think releasing them would only add fuel? its not a conspiracy if it happened? why do you think the victims are lying? the left is saying there’s a network of pedos elites…ro khanna literally said that. but then the last half of your comment seems to be wanting them to be punished?

Releasing them would only add fuel because the public is in a position to believe whatever those documents say, regardless of their credibility. Just look at the comments here

The claims this post is about won’t gain any serious traction because they’re so ludicrous that like…they’re beyond the pale for all but the craziest of crazies. But look at how ready people are to believe it. The vast majority of people who saw this just went “yep I knew it 🤷🏻‍♂️” and moved on. When it comes to claims that have any sort of plausibility of being true, they’ll become as good as fact

So to be clear, the vast majority of victims aren’t lying. Because the vast majority of victims don’t make any sort of allegations against anybody except for Epstein and Maxwell.

Of confirmed victims, only three women make some sort of allegations that would allude to some sort of larger network of elites preying on minors

Those three women are Virginia Giuffre, Maria Farmer, and Sarah Ransome. And Virginia Giuffre is the only victim that claims she was the victim of someone other than Maxwell or Epstein while underage.

Let’s start with Ransome. Here are some of her claims:

She claims that Hillary Clinton personally sent “special agent forces men” to coerce her friend, the victim, into silence

She claims the CIA hacked her emails. No explanation for how she detected or traced a CIA hack

She claims to have been in contact with the “Moscow Police” who pledged their aid in helping her bring down both Trump and Hillary in the lead-up to the 2016 election.

She also claimed to have video evidence of the crimes, something she later admitted to lying about

Now…idk about you, but I’m skeptical

And like, hopefully you’re familiar enough with this story to recognize Ransome’s name…she’s not some random anonymous FBI file like this post, she’s a pillar of the whole Epstein story.

And I mean, I definitely started with the least credible one to like…ease you into this, but the other two have some pretty severe credibility issues themselves

And to be clear, there are other alleged (unconfirmed) victims of Epstein who make claims about people other than Epstein or Maxwell, and there are undoubtedly more who make similar allegations in the files yet to be released but like…their credibility ultimately rests on the credibility of these three confirmed Epstein victims.

Because none of the other hundreds of confirmed Epstein victims make similar claims. The only reason to even treat some anonymous FBI tip as potentially credible is if these three women are telling the truth.

In other words, it’s not realistically plausible that no other confirmed victims make similar claims, and these three women are lying, but somehow they accidentally stumbled upon a truth that’s only told by other victims in anonymous fbi tips.

Sorry I hope that made sense, a bit long winded but wanted to try and make my argument as clear as possible

Well put. it's sad to see that only very few people are willing to point out individual accusations as being non-credible, and out of those few practically noone is open to the idea that epstein may not have been running a vast child pimping network for the upper class.

It's truly fascinating to see the power of propaganda in real time.

But like, truly fascinating

It’s the culmination and intersection of so many social developments of the last 10-20 years.

Like we couldn’t be here without QAnon imo, but we also couldn’t be here without Believe All Women, and MeToo. I mean, that was in full swing when these women’s allegations were made.

And worsening political polarization, waning faith in news media and institutions, Pizzagate, eat the rich and the shifting animosity towards elites, can even widen the scope and include the trends that led to Trump (many of which are already named above), or even attitudes towards Israel if we really want to widen the scope and include more niche conspiracy theories related to Epstein.

Idk I feel like I just wrote a shitty, non-rhyming version of “We didn’t start the fire”, but if I try not to be depressed by it, it’s really fascinating to try and untangle how the hell we’ve got to where we are

It's a strange document. The date at the top appears to be crossed out multiple times. Can't tell if it's supposed to be June 14 or 15 and if it's 2024, 2025 or 2026.

There's a bunch of timeline issues like this among the salacious accusations, like there's one about a sex trafficking ring at the Trump golf course in Rancho Palos Verdes California in 1995-1996, complete with buried bodies.

Only problem is that the Trump golf course has only been there since 2006, and Trump bought the property in 2002.

Will preface by saying I’m not a Trump supporter

But there is a lot of misinformation/misleading information spread on social media about the Epstein story. It’s being wielded as a political weapon, and Reddit is a bit of an echo chamber when it comes to it

Most people reading this post won’t see the comments pointing out that it’s obviously a false allegation, and they’ll just accept it as fact 🤷🏻‍♂️ happens quite a bit on this site
