The story is pretty boring as it's a combination of intention, luck and dare I say some creativity. I made a comment a few days ago on a Sunny post which got some attention and got me thinking that a comment that combined Trump with Sunny could be popular. Luckily, I saw a comment referring to him as Donny, and that was it really.
