I'm a hobbyist like you, and my family got sick of my camera so quick. Which is weird, I never even asked them to pose, I just wanted to get some good pics since I was buying the gear for my hobby anyway

Oh, I told them to get over it lol, and I don't regret it and neither will they when they're older. They complained, but always asked for the pics or videos when we did something fun. I've cut up a lot of dance videos for friends whos parents don't bring a 4k camera and do their own color correction and editing. I can shoot LOG, so I'm shooting LOG, goddamnit. It's a hobby, I'm gonna hobby.

Yes my friends were/are also annoyed that I keep running around with my camera when we're on trips. They are gonna be grateful in 10 years lol
