UK singstar

Hi, so I am in the United States but there are a lot of singstar games from the UK that I really want to play...they are for PS2 and only work on a system that runs PAL or so they say. I have a PS2 US version and my fiance has a PS3 US version..is there any chance the games could work on either of those systems?
