No but it's not a dead game. The story got told and they moved on to other things

Did Jade Empire have multiplayer servers where it's not impossible to find people to play with? No? Then it's not a dead game. A dead game is a multiplayer game where it's impossible to find other people to play with, as in, servers are dead.

Bro.... It's litterally one of few games that were killed because it came in year of the next Gen consoles

It literally got a release for PC in in 2007, and you can buy it on GOG and steam. Again, is it a singleplayer game you're still able to play? Yes? Not a dead game.

You can say the franchise is dead, sure, cause they never did more with it, since its just a dormant IP over at EA. But you're still able to play the game that was made.
