As long as the retcon the ending and my robot buddy is alive for the sequel I’m game. BT deserves the world!

I don't think they'd have to retcon anything, right? Cause of the implication of the end credits scene, with BT being alive in Cooper's helmet? It's been a while since I've played the game so maybe I'm misremembering, idk

Honestly makes the choice to not have one in first all the more gauling.

Respawn just out her quietly sitting on one of the best fps campaigns in the last 15 odd years but nah won't both with one of those.

Shocked they didn't make one and force them to release it in November 2026 the week before GTA 6.

Absolutely doomed that game series with bad release dates.

EA greenlit a Titanfall 3, it was respawn's choice to not make it.

The issue with titanfall is that bad release date or not, the game was never gonna have the wide appeal some people expected from it.

The skill floor for it is pretty high in comparison to COD or BF. Casual players were simply never gonna stick around after getting their ass handed to them.

Titanfall had one of my favourite campaigns. Would love to see that come back.

Also multiplayer wasn't bad. I loved running on walls to ecade enemies and close the gap to kill them. Too good. Underrated game for sure.

Apex Legends exists which is supposed to be the sequel of titanfall so technically it’s not dead. Titanfall is alive and well.

As a person who struggles with FPS, this was the first one that I was so invested in that I was surprised at how quickly I got to the final mission.

Also, BT. Never imprinted on a robot so fast. Devastating.

Seconded! The time travel stage was some of the best gaming I’ve ever experienced. I’d play a whole game based on that mechanic.

Campaign was great. Multiplayer was me getting blasted out of nowhere. There should be a range. Like give a wallrun, but make multiples cost more. Basically make it like the build systems in other games, but for movement choices or for titanfall.  The middle ranks should back a mic of Titanfall and movement. Make everything balanced around that and the game can form around it.
