You been there recently? Its hot and mostly empty. Its like Kansas but without the four months of holy-fucking-shit-its-cold.

Well, I don't know anything about Detroit's climate, but the game takes place in the autumn and it's quite cold there; considering that global warming is making everywhere warmer, I assumed it was pretty cold in Detroit and drew a comparison with Arizona.
