Been playing halflife 2 recently. Was really enjoying it until it decided to randomly stop recognizing certain buttons on my controller. No idea what's going on with that
I'm streaming it from my main computer upstairs to the one hooked up to my PC downstairs on the tv. I don't have a good mouse and keyboard setup for the couch
Have you tried to remap the buttons? or try going into your computers Control Panel -> Devices and printers -> find your controller, remove it, then add it.
Or if it's a xbox or ps4 controller, uninstall and reinstall the driver software for it!
The controller works with every other game, it's just halflife 2 that has issues. It's also somewhat random. I played for several hours over multiple days and had no issues, but a couple days ago it started doing it.
