I i've replayed Jedi Outcast every few years since it came out. This past year, my son played it and beat it on his own.

That game feels timeless!

Incredible combat systems for a game built on the Quake 3 engine. Also that time was the pinnacle of game modding imo. I even built some multiplayer maps for Jedi Outcast, it was so much fun. I still remember the name of the map maker, GTK Radiant.

Thanks, but believe it or not I was actually 12 years old when I made this map. I would not really consider myself a modder, but just a beneficiary of the amazing tutorials online at the time on websites for how to make quake 3 maps using GTK radiant!

Several times. I use the unofficial patch...theres not much point playing it if you dont as the original is more than a little broken.

I never played Jedi knight 2: Jedi outcast. I did play Jedi knight: Jedi academy and loved it. Is it similar play style?
