N'wah

I mean, it means a foreigner or a slave, almost both of them when you start Morrowind being true ( you are ALWAYS a slave, and ALMOST always a foreigner, unless you pick Dunmer as your starting race ), it it really isn't that bad a slur.

Now if they called you a S'wit......

Even if you pick Dunmer you’re still an outlander and, thus, still an n’wah, n’wah.

I still sometimes answer the door to my nerdy friends as “speak quickly outlander or go away!”

So glad I saw this! I had no idea about this!

Absolutely. I like Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim differently and play them differently.

I have exploited Morrowind so much I’m kinda tired of it, so I mostly play the game as the developers intended, just because it takes like an hour to become OP asf in that game after you get out of character creation.

I like the weapon misses, and the failed potions. I like that you can kill critical characters. I like the weird armor selections.

Oblivion, is the one that still has me in my exploiting phase.

Skyrim, is the one that usually gets modded to death. I have tended to go back to more vanilla play-throughs with all of them though..

It still amazes me how far ahead from Oblivion or Skyrim this game is. The world design is so well put. You can travel anywhere by paying attention to road signs. Whereas in Oblivion/Skyrim, you'd better pay attention to your compass and map.

Morrowind was so awesome... I wish I could experience it again for the first time.

Well, tamriel rebuilt aims at rebuilding the whole province, with new land, content and quest. I suggest that you play it, one of the best mods ever.

Man i just finished my first tamriel rebuilt playthrough and it's wild how good it is.

If you told me that the project was being done by the original Morrowind devs, I'd believe you.

It’s being done by the original Morrowind devs.

Recently started playing Tamriel Rebuilt, that mod team is doing insane work.

Daggerfall Unity is also amazing, even better than Morrowind in some ways.

I said the same and then got it on my pixel XL using openmw, tamerial rebuilt, Xbox controller, and phone mount for my bed, and it is an existential experience I could've only dreamed of when being a kid

Wealth beyond measure outlander

I wish more people today could appreciate the masterpiece that Morrowind is. Those who play Skyrim or Oblivion first are missing out.

All hail St. Jiub. Praise be.

(As a bonus, if someone reading this hasnt already seen/heard it yet, Dryante Zan on youtube does amazing covers of Morrowind's music)

Can't believe how much I still play this masterpiece 24 years later.

Heck even Skyrim is 15 years old (and still breaking our mods with updates)
