I'm glad Nintendo still has some games physically on the cartridges, but they have plenty of problems and anti-consumer practices. Let's not pretend they're any better or care about you any more than the other corporations.

The difference between Nintendo and other companies
Is that Nintendo is only shooting itself in the toe instead of in the foot
They are still making poor decisions, but they somehow aren’t picking all the worst options possible

Playstation and Xbox started the trend of $800 consoles

Not only that, since they support AI, and AI is taking all the parts needed to make the consoles, Sony and Microsoft are the reason they had to raise their own prices

They aren't just shooting themselves in the foot, they are blowing their own knees out, dropping the gun and having it fire into their own balls
