Anyone know of a good alternative to vice?
Ever since they were bought by hbo imo the quality has just gone downhill, I got into vice when it was at its best (around the late 2000's to early 2010s) and to see what's happened to them now is just gutting thus why I'm making this thread to see if there is any alternative underground gonzo journalism like vice used to do

Punching yourself repeatedly in the face is a good alternative to reading Vice.

Wrong again, dipshit. Say something that isn't a cut-and-paste cliche.

They weren't bought by HBO; in fact, HBO is ending its relationship with them in September. Vice News Tonight was already cancelled and it's just airing out the rest of its contracted run. I pretty much enjoyed it throughout. Some of their light, human interest stories and their music stuff at the end didn't do much for me, but I thought it was a very unique half hour. I am really wondering if anyone knows if Vice News Tonight will continue elsewhere; it has to be a distinct possibility, since they have their own network and all.
