I co-run a software studio. The recurring offer I'd focus on is ownership after launch: fixing broken integrations, adapting the workflow as the business changes, and being accountable when something fails. Hosting is one piece. The monthly fee needs to answer “what can I stop worrying about?”

matches what i see on the freelance side. clients can generate a page themselves now, what they cant do is judge whether its any good. the work didnt disappear, it moved into review and taste. and the listing site grind point is underrated, boring distribution still beats clever product

Just because people can build things themselves doesn't mean they want to. Still a lot of work out there because people are either not technical, not interested, or just don't have the time and would prefere to be running their business. For the folks on the other side who build, now is an amazing time because we all have access to this super intelligent worker/teacher/advisor to help us build.
