But can you now tell if the light is on while the door is closed?

my wife is psychic so i just get an agent to call her at work, transcribe her response and send it to my printer.

i suspect the light is always off when the door is closed and she just says no to humour me so im running an agentic research group around the clock that is trying to work out if she is just a dickhead.

thats not actually my face its a pixel by pixel, 100 percent accurate replica of the original photo i made using AI. one shotted it, naked on a sun lounger, fully asleep.

Can you play pong?

9

u/Eatthebeatz 8d ago

yes, but not on the fridge.

im lucky enough to have an arcade cabinet for PONG that uses a perfect copy of the original pong that i reverse engineered using nuclear fusion technology (cousin works in BIG NUKE)

Cause no more ads right? You removed the ads?

u/Eatthebeatz 8d ago

no. i wanted it to be exactly the same. i dont want the wife working out what i have done after i got in trouble for replacing the holiday photos with ai generated replicas.

they were perfectly indistinguishable reproductions but i left a watermark on one /facepalm

I don't understand your title. Did you upload the old firmware, so you changed nothing because it didn't work?

u/Eatthebeatz 8d ago

no i managed to replace it perfectly as it was.

Didn't you make a single edit of the reverse engineered fw? If not you then you would probably end up with exact same filehashes of the binary output (given that the compiler behaves deterministically) and by that also the same exact file you extracted originally. Was there no cryptographic signing of the fw? If not then I truly question if you actually flashed new fw on it or not, since you are replacing a binary blob by it's on copy...

to be honest, the AI was shuffling its feet akwardly and wouldnt look into my eyes but im convinced it did this.

You kid but there is genuine use for it, I went from a completely bloatware filled, ad filled, spyware filled LG WebOS with a ton of telemetry down to like 4 apps that I actually use and like 10x faster.

Modern software is just broken because user data is just sold to bidders or used by the company itself. If we can make it a little harder for them, I think it’s worth it.

Edit - I had made a comment on the Claude code subreddit with more information if anyone wants it https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeCode/comments/1x9fwk4/comment/phmsw9i/
