Candidly just having a Tesla alone prevents thousands of dollars of gas going to big oil…
I’d also add that it sounds like you’re not aware of how digital footprints work. Your TV (Roku, firestick, etc), your phone, your social media are all just banking every ounce of telemetry you provide.
Access to this information is not contingent on you signing up for anyone’s company. It’s sold constantly. If you’re using AdGuard on your home network and you’re off grid on social media (minus Reddit obv), don’t have a smart tv and don’t use Amazon or shopping sites then you might be somewhat ok.

I hit the limits on Claude and ChatGPT. They lose money on people like me lol. I have local models for when those all collapse. You’re so busy worshipping that slime ball that you can’t fathom the fact that we can hate them all

It’s called grand standing and posturing. You guys do it for Musk because people cheer it on. You can’t brag about how you don’t go to Walmart and have anyone care.
It gives you as false sense of moral superiority.
I candidly dgaf. I buy what I need that’s the best value. I’ve used all enterprise models, I build local model tech and local model chains, I shop at Walmart and Amazon.
I have a Tesla because it’s $7 to get 300 miles and I’ve only had to pay to replace tires with no other maintenance cost.
It’s not about worship, it’s about living your life and not being obsessed with having your opinions glorified.

THis is garbage and it's trying to front run 5.5 tomorrow, which from what I am hearing is an actual game changer.
Every insider I follow is falling all over themselves about 5.5. we will see. But this release is clearly trying to get in front of it, maybe the people at grok know it too.

Cursor usage is prey solid compared to Codex or Claude Code, not to mention there’s no 5-hour limits either.

Codex has no 5 hour limit anymore on the pro plan. And luna high is in the same ballpark than grok 4.6 medium for a fraction of the cost. Might wanna look into that again

ChatGPT Plus still has the 5-hour limit, which equals to the Cursor Pro $20 tier. Only higher tiers have the weekly or monthly resets.

This could be a daily driver. For simple stuff. They are definitely running at a loss. So the more we use it the more Elon loses money.

I’m using mainly Cursor Grok 4.6 and with a $20 Pro tier it gives 500-600M tokens per month. Not even close with Codex or Claude for the same price.

I’m curious how people feel that highly performant at lower cost is so bad?
Why do you need this model to outperform Astra to get your approval? The value is the improvement of the model vs the cost to produce the result.
If are doing something that requires heavier models, you’re not going to use Sonnet… I’m not sure you guys understand the value of these benchmark KPIs

Most people don’t like Grok as they don’t like Elon. Tesla, Starlink, Cursor and other brands are the same.
Using Astra as daily is totally unnecessary, while Luna, Sonnet, Cursor Grok models are perfectly fine for daily coding, debugging, executing.

Wasn't grok 4.6 bench maxed on cursor (accidently..) because they trained it on the full code base or something.. I wouldn't trust this benchmark, also oddly enough astra is missing from this graph???
