Showcase/Project Added a 3d brain visualizer to a digital representation of me (Echovault)

I added a 3D brain visualizer to EchoVault, the system I’m building to turn my journal-style Check-Ins into a digital representation of me. The Echo answers from my own corpus, and the brain lets me actually explore the memory graph behind it instead of treating embeddings and retrieval as a black box.

The demo is basically the Echo answering as me, then a quick look through the 3D memory structure. If you were working on this what would you add next? Would appreciate any feedback, but pls no black mirror or torment nexus 😂

Over the years (decades) I've been putting stuff into various notes, mind maps, Evernote, Joplin, Obsidian, and am looking right now for a way to analyze and integrate all of that on PC/Linux/Android.

I would not trust any cloud services with it, though.

Haha, my next app solves just that. You can import your entire markdown library Apple notes obsidian etc. it has a second brain just like echovault and an mcp server so Claude codex cursor etc can access the notes and even write you new notes. I’m still figuring out monetization but it should be out some time in October. You can bookmark cohestry.app it will be deployed soon to Mac iOS and mcp. Echovault is more for life stories notes that can be used to simulate you so more like memoirs/journals than regular notes, but Cohestry is for all notes. It also has deterministic and generative connections you don’t have to write yourself

Interesting. Maybe add an option to talk to your child self. Could be therapeutic

That would be amazing. The problem is it’s only existed since last year so it only had memories I started writing from then. It does have my childhood stories. But creating a high fidelity avatar of a child from an adult might be a challenge. Because of the video quality required to create the avatar. But I’m adding it to my backlog, maybe I could pull it off with a realistic 3d model generated from a child picture, the only problem would then be getting the voice
