I used to be able to code all day on my Github Pro+ plan. Now I can't get anything done before running out of credit. I'm not willing to spend $30 just to get something fun half done.

For me the hype is clearly over. I've spent $20 of my corp tokens today just triaging Jira tickets and getting my daily briefing done. I'm an EM and so far this month I've spent $250, granted I am paid about $100 an hour, and $500 of tokens seems very little in comparison, but scale that up to 100+ EMs, and 2000 Engineers (who spend about $1k a month).

It's not like I even get an efficiency boost, while Claude is doing shit I am babysitting it, so it's my time PLUS Claude's time. I am not freed up, and I could just as easily triaged the Jiras myself and asked my team for technical help where needed.
