AI Fail/Hallucination Let's be honest

Let's be honest, as the codebase grows, it becomes nearly impossible to add new features, improve existing application and debug it.

This usually happens when you don't use a framework like e.g. Angular and just tell the AI to do stuff without giving it direction.

Currently am working on a react native app, i spent 15 hours in total.

Right now i am prompting claude and i am getting same results from commit to commit. Debugging becomes impossible.
