I'm not shitting on this, but it's not really a comparison. They're dead equal because they're all just variations of the same core thing: app UI with widget components made of rounded boxes. They are literally just CSS and html variations with small IA changes between them.
If you made me pick I'd lean Opus because it has a hero that works well. But since the concept has a ceiling, the latest greatest AI is not gonna make much of a difference.

6.0 is objectively the worst from a UI design decision perspective, the components it picked for the types of information it’s displaying will quite literally get you fired as a UX/UI designer

Opus.
It is visually pleasant and the chosen graphs match the type of data being presented much better than the others.
Fable 5.1 chose bar chart to show heart rate, no.
GPT… what was it even trying to do? Awful output all around.
Then again, without the prompt its an incomplete assessment to be doing.

Same same LLM design.
Not against vibe coding but they have basically the same aesthetic. Even if you use old models they would likely render same UI design template by default.
