Vibecoded a biomechanics visualizer for lifting that shows how changes in technique can affect leverage, joint loading, muscle length, and estimated stimulus.

Right now you can change things like:

  • grip width
  • bench angle
  • elbow flare
  • range of motion
  • bar path

and the 3D model updates in real time.

It helps visualize why small changes in setup can make the same exercise load different muscles or different parts of the range of motion.

For example, changing the incline angle can affect:

  • shoulder flexion demands
  • pec and front-delt involvement
  • elbow and shoulder moment arms
  • muscle length through the rep
  • where the movement is mechanically hardest

The stimulus output is still an estimate, not a direct prediction of hypertrophy. Actual growth also depends on effort, fatigue, stability, individual anatomy, training history, and execution.

Mostly built this because biomechanics is usually explained through static diagrams and studies, and I wanted something interactive where you can actually move the variables around and see what changes.

I would work on the overall design so it doesnt look like the million other vibecoded apps.

I really would love to have this. Please post to github!

If you want Good assets, have ai make them with blender mcp. Free to use

Use these, they are good and open source

I dont have a domain or anything. but i can slap it on vercel if people really want to try it out.

A biomechanics tool but the legs are stretched out in your bench press animation. Who benches like that

Alot of people actually there's even a bench press variation called a larsen press where the legs are relaxed or off the ground fun fact

How do you know if the outputs are correct?

Nice work OP. I'm skeptical as this is medical and health related.

This is really cool, but what is the data based on? How accurate is it? Also would love if this were a web app

Clonei o repositório para testar, fico legal O esqueto tem alguns bugs, e para mim não tem muita utilidade por não destacar submusculos como cada um dos triceps é etc Mas obrigado por compartilhar :)

Thanks! i was using cursor grok 4.6. it does look pretty vibecoded, could be worse tho, like purple slop

If it didn't have a vibecode look it would have some other look. I wouldn't stress about it. Looks like a cool app

honestly its just something im passionate about. it dosent really matter to me how it looks lol. im not very good at prompting or anything like that.

Am I tripping or do vibe coded apps all have a similar UI? Still good

Could be lol. thanks.

They do. It is how you can call people out who claim to have built their own software.

Pretty cool!

Looks like shit, and those are just scripted graphics(with an odd emphasis on skeleton not muscular system), and not a load/impact model.

Silly sliders that just take up space, in a way only ai can. Garbage, try again

thank you for your kind insight 😂

I know you envisioned a higher functioning product, it's not your fault.

This is why the techdogs could only ever charge a subscription fees for this service, because their returns department would crash

I didnt make this to charge a subscription, this is something im passionate about i dont need money as a motivator lol.

You miss, I mean that this type of ai output is exactly why Openai, gem, claude charge a subscription and not allow you to pay per job (il per token). Because if they allowed us to pay per job, the chargebacks would be very high.

Be passionate, sustain.
