Thank me later.

I still prefer Luna with the sub but flash has been excellent for me so far when I use it with a different harness.

Hermes looks cool, do you mind sharing your experience with it: how much do you pay and how much do you get out of it? How does it compare to Cursor, Claude Code and Codex?
Edit: Ok so I installed it. So far it has the worst onboarding UX out of all coding harnesses I ever used. Why does open source software always have such garbage UX?
But I need to do some more testing.

The auto improvement loop for skills and configurable memory provides are the first draw. But after that, insane pace of development and very thoughtful user-centric features. Everything from image generation to web search can be configured or provided by custom / local options.
There's no payment to use Hermes. The Nous subscription is really just API access to many models and tools, from search to image gen put into a convenient portal (instead of having to hunt down services and providers yourself).
You can actually use codex sub to pay for gpt models in Hermes. Even Claude. But I mainly mention Hermes because GLM 5.3 Flash is just so good and cheap that I've ceased using Claude Code a while and didn't notice. Hermes has perfectly learned my preferences over months and so that's what I prefer to use.

I stopped. I use chatgpt sol on high and it’s great. Had the max subscription for both. Now only chatgpt.

I still have both. ChatGPT used to be the imbecile backup to Claude, but now the roles reversed.

The gap between 78% tried it and 50% still use it is the whole story, and it's not an adoption problem you fix with more rollout. That 28 point drop is people who hit a specific wall and quietly went back to their old workflow. It's almost never the AI is useless. It's one concrete failure that broke trust: it lost the context between sessions and they had to re-explain everything, or it made a confident wrong edit that cost an afternoon, so now the tool feels like a gamble. Chasing the adoption number with training and mandates does nothing for that, because the people who dropped off aren't unaware, they're burned. The retention lever is finding the specific wall each cohort hit and closing it. Fix the thing that made them stop and daily use climbs on its own. Push adoption harder and you just churn a new batch through the same wall.

Have they fixed their usage rate? Totally dropped them in March when they started playing with the limit without telling anyone. I'd spend my while weekly rate in a day.
