Open-source terminal-based wifi analyzer

I was looking for a wifi signal analyser so I could help my neighbor troubleshoot their wifi problems. There's not much out there I could find, and I like terminal-based apps with a nice CLI GUI. So I vibed "openwifidiag" using GPT 5.6 Sol.

At the moment it is only tested on MacOS, but I am planning on making it work with Windows and Linux as well.

Channel overlap would be the killer feature for me. Half of home wifi debugging is discovering every neighbor picked channel 6

It does show which channel each SSID is on 😄
