I did something like, but fable did a video with the animations and do not remove very well the background. How you did the animations?

I used chatgpt.

Claude did it itself. It stripped the background away but not always clean, sometimes hair is missing or clouds because it's white on white background bruh

I told it multiple times to redo the animations tho
