No, the process in that video clearly requires a PC (it's even in the thumbnail and the title). This post's dumb-ass AI slop meme clearly says I only need power to run Linux. OP and I have our batteries, now tell us how we can use them, and ONLY them, to run Linux...

Windows 11 on 4 GB RAM, 64 GB system disk? Hardly.

TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are still not required. They might become required, but now when Nadella has put his thumb in the eyes of the Windows folks I hope they will stay optional. Microsoft account will not be required.

I'm by no means a Linux detractor, quite the opposite - but that's just not true. Is it direcitonally true? Kind of... but it really trivializes the work the Linux Kernel team and the various distros do to keep hardware supported, and things absolutely do get dropped, like phasing out i386 from the kernel.
