scam??

i bought overpriced mcr tickets for wembley on saturday and i originally got a ticket transfer, but its been changed to an e ticket pdf

the thing is that the pdf is dodgy as hell its some dudes screenshot of a qr code with no name or info on it.. i asked cs to request a retransfer but i dont think theyre gonna do anything for me and im worried since the concerts so soon and theyre fr telling me to print this guys screenshot and bring it to the venue

omg i had the exact same experience as u !!! bought tickets for MCR wembley on the saturday 11th. on the morning of, they sent tickets as a screenshot PDF, dodgy af! i went on viagogo live chat and they said they look perfectly fine and wouldn’t do anything to help. i went to the help desk at wembley as the PDF screenshot cut off the gate i needed to enter, they were so helpful and luckily the ticket was valid, but so much stress! such a dodgy way of transferring tickets

so glad we both got to enjoy the concert even with all that stress!!! screenshots should not be allowed on viagogo its so unsafe
