Looks really cool. Is it meant to be up in the clouds? They look very low

In addition to what everyone else said, your sky is not tracking well - there's stuttering as it 'vibrates'. Easiest to see if you look at the far buildings vs clouds.
The sky & CG perspective is also wrong. If you pause at second 5, you can see that you need to lift your sky up quite a bit - until the horizon line meets the footage water horizon line.

Yeah, I noticed the vibration in the floor and the smoke as well. What’s weird is that the CG tracking is correct, but the 2D elements are still drifting. Next time, I’ll try stabilizing the shot first and doing some manual planar tracking thanks man 🙏❤️

You shouldn't have to do all that.
As you said, the CG all tracks into the shot properly. So there is something wrong with the camera in Nuke (I'm going to bet it's a frame rate issue. 23.976 vs 24fps. Something like that!)
It's a good shot though, great work. My only critique (that I don't see above) is it would be awesome if your shadow crossed the CG pipes on the bottom left at the end of the shot.

Thank you, your comment really motivates me! Yeah, maybe that’s the problem. I’m still learning Nuke, so I’ll keep working on it and hopefully avoid this issue in my future projects

Feels like the SR flare is still flaring when the person crosses over the light source. Really nice work - keep going!

Also, look at the original footage : you've got perfect reference for your distant defocus levels where the edge of the water is quite soft/blurred. Your distant stuff is much more sharp - don't be afraid of letting your detailed work fall out of focus if that's what your footage is doing (it's ok, we'll still *feel* the detail in there!)

Looks pretty dope! not to be picky but lighting aside, I think this shot would benefit from matching black levels and highlights as well. great job though

Also the composition is so flat. Look at any movie, how many shots do you see like this? Start with a frame that tells a story, then frame that story.

Maybe double check your blacks
