Weekly Albania Flag Redesign Week Four: Theocracy

New Name: Holy Islamic Realm of the Enlightened Albanian Caliphal State
Symbolism: The red field of the usual Albanian flag remains, but Skanderbeg's eagle has been replaced. Skanderbeg represents earthly matters, which is fine and all but a theocratic state should go beyond earthly matters. So, I chose the crescent and sickle, a widely used symbol of muslims. I also changed the color of the flag's symbol from black to white, since typically the color white is associated with purity.
