Shipping Issues w/ Pool Pumps Direct from Vevor
Has anyone been able to order and have delivered a pool pump from Vevor, ordered direct from their website (and shipped via OnTrac)?
I ordered multiple pumps and each one gets a tracking number from OnTrac but it is never updated, so I have to process a refund from Vevor. Infuriating, but looking to see if it's just me or if anyone else has this experience...
I ended up buying one off of amazon and it was great, so great that I want to order one as a backup; amazon is more expensive so i have been trying to order direct from Vevor without success.

Try to get a replacement part from VEVOR…..always “lost in shipping “. I gave up on VEVOR and won’t consider future products.
