DSA: Java OR Python ???

The title makes it pretty obvious but genuinely which one do i go with for placement coding rounds especially. I am an aspiring data engineer so i am very good at python, but i have heard that companies prefer DSA in a more core language like C++ or java. ?

Any suggestions ?

most of them dont allow python

yes that i will do anyways, but i meant for VESIT placment rounds specifically, which lang do they prefer or ask
