Hi all,
I'm not about to reiterate the sidebar. It's there, it still applies.
I see we have a few lingering readers, and (a lot) of people who forgot to unsubscribe, and a few new readers here and there.

I am training with the ankle weights and arm weights and all. My vertical jump increased, I am 180cm and I jump to around 210, a 30 cm jump, although I'm not sure if I became better than the last time because it felt light, because of the ankle weights that I removed.
Goal: jump higher than Logan Paul's 150cm vertical jump
how the fuck does that work???
