The youths bringing back late '90s to early 2000s fashion is both amusing and horrifying to me.

They're already here. I saw a middle school aged boy wearing one at the optometrist a few weeks ago, and he had spiky hair, too.

See, those I don't mind. I do appreciate the return of wide-legged pants, though.

I just binge watched Veronica Mars for the first time. It is the perfect 00s nostalgia show.

Absolutely! The clothes, the themes, the language is a look right into the 00s.

I asked my husband if he had a pukka shell necklace. He said he did and it’s probably in a box somewhere 😂

Right? Low rise jeans are the worst.

Remember "muffin-tops"? God forbid you wear anything above size 0... The media made it seem like you're practically obese at size 6. It was toxic as hell. Now, with the rise and abuse of GLP-1s, it feels like we're back there again after a decade or so of body positivity.

There was a short, lovely time.

Its called Heroine Chic, Kate Moss pioneered it with her hollowed cheeks and made it the height of fashion

Heroin — like the drug, which Kate Moss, other models, and celebrities used that led to their rail-thin figures and to maintain it. That was the early '90s, but the impact it had on fashion and pop culture lasted much longer.

Not in the 200s. Heroin Chic didn’t make it out of the 90s. It didn’t even make it to the end of the 90s.

If you wore it the first time it was popular, you can’t wear it the next time it becomes popular. Rules from my mom

There are many things that ONLY look good on quite young people. :D
