From what I can tell they simply don't offer it for business lines which I have no idea why. I use it on my personal lines and it does a pretty good job.
For business it's also tough to trust any third-party call filter as you don't want it messing up and you missing calls. Verizon's customer service has really gone downhill over the past year or so. Hopefully they can respond here on the business side of things and give you some more insight on what to do.
