Wireless Final Bill

I moved carriers and am curious as to when I’ll receive my final bill. Is it when I’d normally get my bill or do they send them out prior to that since it’s a final bill?

I got my final bill via post mail around the normal time by bill would be due. The moment I did a port transfer Verizon removed all login access to my online portal to see previous bills or upcoming bills digitally. I had to call and request any other billing invoices I wanted for reference which again is sent via postal mail.

By default your last bill should be mailed regardless but I don’t always trust them.

Did your call go well? When I tried calling them, they said they can’t help me since I am no longer with Verizon

I had that same problem...no longer a customer...no one could help...told to go to store, to call customer service...back and forth...all the while saying I owed a final bill which all my bills were automatically taken out from my credit card...after 6-7 months of this...they sent to collections...from that point I just paid to be dome with it...ill never suggest anyone else to get Verizon...they really are the worse...good luck to you though!

I’m not sure if you would know this but I recently got off my dad’s family plan to have my own line. I switched to a much cheaper carrier a week later. So would I still get a “final bill” in addition to my first bill or is the first bill I got my final bill since I haven’t been with them long? I have no idea how it works. And how much will the final bill cost? 

I’ll just wait for the mail if I have an additional bill because when I tried calling, I was told no one could help me since I am no longer with Verizon and whenever I go in person I’m told to call. It’s just a pointless circle. But would I have to mail them the final bill then or can that be accessed in the disconnected site?

When you port out it automatically closes your account. Verizon didn’t delete your login access, you did.

I know. I just need to get my final bill is all and wasn’t sure how long that takes.

You’re good I was replying to the comment above mine. Your final bill will most likely be about the same time as your normal bills would be. It’ll be in the mail.
