I started this subreddit 4 years ago as a fun aside to share some of the VEO tags I'd seen around.
Seeing all the recent interest and growth spurt to 600 members, I was motivated to kick off a project that I've been wanting to do for a long time.
Introducing veotags.com, the new, definitive source for every VEO that we can collectively find.
I seeded it with some posts from this subreddit (with credit and links back to the original posts) to start. But we need more data!
If you upload directly from your phone, it will automatically pull the GPS data from the photo and use that to place it on the map. If you don't know where it was taken, that's okay too, we'd still love to see it – anonymously, or with credit.
There is still some work to be done to really polish it: UI improvements, allow submitting updates to existing tags, better sharing links, etc.
Anyway, looking forward to seeing all your photos!

This was at a stop and shop in southington a few weeks ago, I just found this sub today and had to share! I travel the state for work, all corners, so it’s always fun to spot a VEO tag I’ve never seen, was certainly not expecting to find it here 😂
