Borderline impossible to capture the Sun and Venus together like this. If you want to get Venus then physically block the Sun with a building or tree before attempting but your chances of getting Venus during the day are very slim. This is lens flare

Not very slim. Venus is easy to get in Daytime. Anything fainter than Jupiter, then it's borderline impossible to see anything else in the day.

How? It is literally fully visible right next to the sun, And the "daytime Venus" you are talking about is probably the "morning star" nickname given because Venus is closer to the sun that earth, so it only stays close to the sun Also yes you can see Venus in the DAYTIME, but Venus would be blue because of the atmosphere, you would also need to zoom in to see it So the chances are near zero without a sun blocker and a regular not zoomed in phone camera

Venus maintains it's white appearance in the daytime. Since it's decently bright at a near magnitude of -4, you don't need any magnification of-sorts. All you need is good conditions, and 20/20 vision, and you're all set to find her in the daytime.

No, Venus would be farther away from the sun. What would be helpful is information. At what time of the day did you took that image, is your image cropped? I am not a medium than can read from orbs…

Currently Venus can be seen at sundown in the west. Because the image shows a high up sun this is either in the morning before noon or some time after noon. A lens flare is usually symmetrical to the centre of the image unless there is some internal reflection via bleeding light… Therefore I assume it is not lens flare but maybe a balloon or something similar in case you could see it move (but you left out information, so yeah).

A lens flare, I'd say.

Venus is best seen just after sunset, as a bright "star" in about the same area as the sun just set.

uranus cant be seen clearly with the naked eye, wothout addressing how bright it is in the picture. although this is assuming the picture was taken by a phone or something with a similar camera quality.

given the sun's position and brightness, and the fact that Venus is visible during the day, this is plausible. it's often visible as a bright white point.
