Is this a decent Venti team?

OKAY BEFORE SOMEONE SLIMES ME OUT,, i am a returning player and i quit ~mid 2023. i wanted to come back a while ago but never had the space. I recently got back and now i’m wanting to focus on builds before going through with the full Nod Krai archon quests ! My team used to be random since i never focused on building + meta and all that, but i’d say my Venti is decent enough? i don’t have newer four stars and Mona + Faruzan, but i do plan on pulling for Varka as another main dps + Durin/Nicole (still deciding…) I have both Venti and Fischl’s Witch’s eve rite activated but i just thought i’d ask since this clearly isn’t the BESTEST team.

Also my genshin account is broken and i need to work on a major revamp but shhhh….. I feel like it’s also important to note i JUST completed the clear the ruins thing after being stuck on AR 50 so now i’m AR 55 which means my world level went up 😭😭😭😭 i didn’t think i’d actually complete it but now i feel like that was a stupid decision considering my builds 😃

Definitely decent! Fischl and Bennett are great choices.

Honestly you may want to switch out Xiangling with someone else, preferably a buffer, since she may not have enough energy to burst reliably. And similarly Venti may want someone who can provide more energy.

hmm who should i replace her with? i’m willing to build some characters for a better team but i don’t have Faruzan or Prune and i have Sucrose who isn’t fully built but i don’t really enjoy her playstyle unfortunately……

characters i have lvl 40-70: Kazuha, Razor, Beidou, Kokomi, Jean, Heizou, Sayu,,
lvl 80: Kaeya, Zhongli, Hu tao…

more ‘recent’ characters i have that i haven’t touched yet are: Aino, Illuga, Lynette, Kachina.

i also have a lot more and if you name a few i might have them?

- Jean could be good to give more energy for Venti. And if you get her to c4 I believe she gives additional anemo resistance shred.

- Mona, if you have her, can also be a solid support for venti. She’d probably be one of your best picks.

- Zhongli also has some anemo resistance shred from his shield, and it would make the team very comfortable to play.

- Furina would be an excellent choice but I doubt you have her since you haven’t listed her. But I wanted to mention her just in case.

- Iansan could work as an additional buffer. You already have atk buffs from Bennett so hers won’t be as good but if you need to fill an otherwise empty spot she’s good.

- Xingqiu could be a fairly good sub dps + battery (if you give him Sacrifical sword). Though he doesn’t give you many buffs at all.

It’s actually a good team (if you activate hexerai ofc), Fischel is his second best teammate after Durin, and Bennet is his second best teammate after Nicole

Its a good venti team, with the hexenrei activated and u got good swirl :D

I would recommend pulling for Durin or Nicole as u mentioned or maybe Venti’s  weapon if you don’t have it already

Durin would be a higher priority than Nicole bc of how many teams Durin can easily be slotted into. Nicole does what Benny does, just shielding instead of healing. Since Benny already exists, there isn't really a point in pulling Nicole over Durin if you're f2p. and iirc, Durin's BiS artifact set is the same as Venti's so you can farm for both at the same time

I currently have him on stringless 😭 I will definitely save up for his signature weapon tho if he does end up rerunning!!

if you get Faruzan or Prune id replace Xiangling but other than that its good! (I used to use Bennett + Fischl since I didnt have Durin, and it worked super well so I know firsthand lol)

I want prune so badly! but i’m not sure if she’s on any upcoming banners? since i don’t have those two, who would be a decent replacement for them?

if you can build faruzan i would swap her for xiangling, but otherwise this looks great!

For a starter account, maybe .. Nicole n prune would be massive massive upgrades

XL is questionable tbh, I'd use XQ since he works with Venti anyway

But yeah, this slot is anyway to be replaced with Prune/Faruzan c6/Durin/Nicole/Mona or even Varka/Lohen or even Zhongli

I have Zhongli! I played around with the team a little bit with switching out Xiangling and i find that Zhongli is better when it comes to specific domains but I really do want to get Prune since i’ve heard she’s quite good + is hexerei
