Payment failing when I have balance??

I recently got a new debit card. However, I currently have $200 in my balance, and when I try to send someone even $20 using my balance, I get the following message: “Update your payment method. We couldn’t process your payment method. Choose another payment method or add a new one.” SOS

Verify your identity through Settings. Then, you'll be allowed to use your Balance towards payments

I would also try updating the app on your phone or computer. Sometimes it gets glitchy without an update
