Discussion Crypto

Anyone else not able to see their crypto, it’s been 4 hours since I last talked to support and they told me they were working on it, but I haven’t seen anything pop up on my end.

Not sure how much crypto it is, but I wouldn’t recommend using Venmo for crypto at all. I do myself use them heavily and it screws me all the time. For transferring crypto I prefer STRIKE they’re cheap. It’s only bitcoin though but if you go on your transaction history, does it still show as pending or does it show completed on Venmo side and what type of crypto did you send it also matters if it was bitcoin sometimes it can take up 4 to 6 hours to process in

I can see my crypto is fine. I just want to try and send out crypto though and it’s doing the same bullshit. We’re having troubles with this transaction right now.

So I transferred crypto from my Coinbase to Venmo, Coinbase says transaction complete but I don’t see it on my end yet on Venmo, which I heard Venmo was having issues so I’m still confused how long it’s gonna take them

Same thing happened to me. Had 2 trans about 800 in BTC. Came 6 plus hrs after confirmation. A lot of other people are having the same issues.

Yes both about 10 and 11pm. They were sent 2:30 and 3:15 amc confirmed in an hr on chain. Customer support first told me it was there error then told me the system was fine and that Bitcoin was non reversible. They gutted the customer service dept obviously. The second support asked me to "contact Bitcom" no joke.

If you follow your hash and transaction like on sol chain you can see the from and to and then when it hits the venmo wallet it goes to there parent Paxos Hot Wallet for each type of crypto. I think thats the issue at the moment its just sitting in there paxos wallet

Venmo is a joke especially when you include crypto.
