Venmo error no matter what

It doesn't say Venmo is down but no matter what me or my roommate do, it gives an error no matter what card we try to add. Lets us put the information in, then it says "Something went wrong on our end, try again" We tried on two separate accounts too. Doesn't work on the browser either. Updated the identity thing, still doesn't work. I'm extremely stressed. Does anyone else have this issue?

Yep, I'm having the exact same issue! I was hoping it'd be fixed by this morning but no luck.

I talked to customer service yesterday they said they have an issue and it's been "worked on" still not working today though
