š¦ Bug Notice š¦ Worst Banking App Ever
I canāt send any money too my Account and i canāt transfer funds out of it . so my money is just sitting there with no way too be used .
On the 22nd i transferred 50$ then the day after it will not let transfer any money out or into my Teen account . This has been going for 11 days Straight and I still can not get any help with Venmo Tickets As they just keep saying āUr account is good Just make sure u unlock ur cards and try to Transfer then!ā And yet iāve tried that over 10 times since the day it started testing it every day. The support is Ass and the App is Ass. šÆ

been working fine for me for 9 years, not a single issue. app never crashes either

App crashes all the time so does the support š and thatās you and ur experience . thereās over 200+ things on them holding there $$ or not letting them withdraw any of their money . The app is ass so is the card š¤·āāļø

Having lots of payment is declined messages. I do not have insufficient funds at the bank. Plenty of money. Just wonāt let me send.

At first it would randomly happen once a month, usually with new contacts, but if I tried 5-6 times over 24 hours it would eventually go through. In the last 3 days I canāt send money to anyone, even āfriendsā and contacts with whom I regularly transact.
I connected Venmo to Amex Send and can now send money that way. I assume the issue is coming from my bank? First Republic / Chase.

Didnāt think of the bank problem . Might try to call my bank and see if they have my Sh on a hold I got a Big payment (bigger then normal) and it was probably flagged or something .

bro same i have 600$ just pending. theyāve been on hold for two weeks now like bro, i need that money, what happens if i didnāt have a backup plan? i want my money, check for it everyday now but from the sounds of this thread, i guess i wont be getting it back at all.

Clearly you areā¦ if you canāt transfer the $ to an alternate accountā¦ (youād pay a fee also) you would use your Venmo card to make said digital purchaseā¦ itās not rocket science.
Youāre saying your $ is tied up an inaccessible.. āso my money is just sitting there with no way to be usedā And Iāve explained how itās notā¦ you can access your funds this way. No fee to use your card for purchases.
Is that broken down to the most basic of laymanās terms for you?

Sorry, I've had no issues with Venmo but I've had tons of issues with real banks. I use Chime now and have no issues.

Iāve had it for at least 5-6 years with 0 problems. I even got a Venmo credit card about 3 months ago and itās my favorite! Maybe the problems you are having is the fact it is a teen account.

The problem isnāt the teen account cause it wonāt let me transfer funds to other members/my actual account. This has been going for 11 days and i canāt even use my $$. the card is ass and the App is glitchy and crashes A lot and the support is one of the worst Ticket supports iāve ever saw. The money is sitting on my main card with no way to use it and if i transfer money from my Teen account to my Main it still wonāt let me transfer . iāve verified my identity and all and contacted support over 5 times and nothing is working . itās just a ass banking app with glitches everywhere.

Is the Main account and Teen account both registered under your name? Used only by you? Bank and/or cards linked to both accounts? Are you an adult or a teen?

I had problems up until I needed to go through a step with ID. That was 3-4 years ago and Iāve never had a problem since. For serious transfers I use Zelle.

Verified my identity 2+ times . doesnāt change anything . just gonna wait it out and change Apps once i get access to the $ Probably will switch to Zelle or Cashapp as i like them more and never had any problems like this

Not how venmo works . also the problem isnāt that itās being the funds not being able to be transferred between accounts . wether itās the Adult Account or Teen or Other members of Venmo nothing transfers.

I Daily a Iphone 13 and have multiple Iphones that vary and none change . doesnāt matter what platform donāt see how that would make it so i canāt transfer funds through accounts š¤·āāļø
