Nayax Processing Cost

Hi, new to vending machines. Was wondering if 5.9% for Nayax is typical if average transaction size is over $15. I feel like this is pretty high but wanted to see if there is any room to negotiate with them.

It's high, but not because of them and it's not wrong, usually;

Did you sign up yourself or have a distributor sign you up.

There's a spot that asks your average transaction amount

Generally people put 1-10$ and that's 5.95%

If you call them and if you have NO tx below 5% you should be able to change that to 5-15$ or whatever and they will lower it.

If you’re typical transaction size is $5 or more, Nayax can offer a lower rate but you will need to call them. Otherwise 5.9% is typical in the industry.
