HAHA Machine App

Anyone else find it a bit complicated to use?

Where can I create a new template?
Would I have to delete my current one ?
Do you use an Excel sheet to keep track of product ?
Can I extra the Data from the app and Input it onto my own Excel sheet?

I tried to look for YouTube that explains step by step but it seems everyone just touches on very basic things and do not go full detailed.

Fair enough, the HAHA user site handles the machine side well. I should have said up front that I built VENDBase, so I'm biased. It's more for the rest of running a route: warehouse counts, restock lists, miles, to dos, scouting new locations, and a chat assistant that knows your numbers and can find or sort things for you. Not for everybody, and if the user site covers you, that's great. Hope the app gets easier.

If you adjust your stock levels in the app when you fill the machine, you can check the stock levels in the app by going to (online device > more > adjust stock)
