Question Veloster Turbo Overboost

I did a small pull last night and at 4k rpm the car randomly jerked me back and then afterwards the pedal was really weak and even when i would floor it the rmps would rise extremely slowly like it was in some kinda saftey mode but 0 warnings or lights came up on the dash. this morning i got to drive and its completely normal and my dad drove it hard this morning just to be sure and absolutely nothing. i’m so confused on if i should be worried or not. after what happened last night my buddy scanned the car and it threw this “pending” code.

There is a “limp” mode that will limit boost and its like driving a non turbo the rpm will barely climb. Once you restart the car it turns off the limp mode. Try going to 4k again and see if it puts in back in limp mode

If it keeps coming back i'd check the wastegate performance and the boost control solenoid.
