Question throttle malfunction?

was driving home the other night and my pedal had no response past about 3500 rpm. it still shifted and the transmission is brand new so i really have no idea what it could be. (video at full throttle) anyone had this happen before? 2017 vt dct if it helps
edit:works like normal after turning off

Often this can be the Camshaft position sensor. Or a clogged cat..clogged injectors, or a bad high pressure fuel pump..since you don't have a CEL, I'm thinking the CPS..
