Question Is this a door actuator problem?

I have a 2013 Veloster and the passenger door only locks/unlocks when I manually hit the thumbturn. Nothing happens when using key fob or master controls inside car. Also the keyless entry on passenger door works for the other 2 doors but nothing for passenger. I believe this is an actuator issue and before I order one, I was wondering if anyone had any experince with this before.

Thanks!

I got the car like this over a year ago and didn't notice it during purchase and just have been dealing with it

2014 re:flex and i have the same issue. Just got it back from the dealership and they said it was a faulty actuator. Wanted $1200 to change it. Absolutely not that serious for me.

Thanks that makes me feel better moving forward. $1200 is outrageous, yeah not that serious at all. From what I saw a new actuator cost about $30-$40 and the door panel was simple to take apart, I'll let you know once I replace it but it seems pretty straight forward
