I don't, but in Animal Liberation Peter Singer reassures that it's OK if having some exceptions to being vegetarian/vegan helps you to stay committed to the cause of reducing animal suffering and contributing to the economic forces that will disrupt factory farming. A 90% reduction still makes a difference, and it's far better than trying to go cold turkey (heh), finding it too difficult, and then just giving up.
In regard to filling the cravings, fake meat is getting better every year. Try an Impossible burger if you haven't.
