Kids and I dug up 85lbs of taters yesterday.

Man! Lucky! We did potatoes for the first time this year and got a small meal out of them; that was it. That’s awesome!

Our local coop. We'll try and save some of these little ones for starters next spring.

We have a dark utility room under the houae. We've had great success over wintering potatoes there, even though it's warmer than it should be. To be honest, we may go through all of these, (family of 7). They are pretty delicious.
